Killeen Community Action Plan

In 2008, Killeen community, along with Louisburgh community, participated in the Mayo Community Futures programme. Last year Killeen community renewed their own action plan by identifying projects that the community would like to focus on for the next 5 years. We held a Community Views Event, sent out business & youth surveys and held a workshop event last year, under the guidance and much appreciated help from Geraldine Leneghan, Community Development Worker from Mayo Community Futures.
