Killeen Community Council delighted to open public toilet at community centre
Killeen Community Council are delighted to announce that the public toilet facilities adjoining the Killeen Community Centre are now open to the public. Thanks to funding under the Town and Villages Renewal Scheme 2019, this enabled construction of this vital facility as well as an amenities shed.
Thanks to support from Minister Michael Ring, Mayo County Council especially Noelle Angley, the building contractors James Heneghan and James Langan. Many thanks also to Christy and Vivian Gibbons.
This has taken over 4 years to bring this project to fruition.
