Green Route (4 miles / 6.4 km)
On leaving Killeen Community Centre, turn right. Look out for a pre-Christian standing stone in the cemetery. Turn left at the crossroads and continue on to your left over the Feenone road, until you come to the second gravel road on your left, known locally as the Bog Road. This will lead through an area where turf is still cut and harvested- look out for the heather and bog cotton. The track on which you are walking meets another track running roughly east-west. Turn left and continue along this track until it meets up with the mainroad. Turn left again to return to the centre.
